We only collect the information you enter in our forms, for the stated purpose:

• Contact and quotes: name, organisation, position, contact details, wilaya, message and selected equipment, to answer your request and prepare an offer.
• After-sales service: the same information, the device concerned and its serial number, to organise the service visit.
• Applications: identity, contact details, wilaya, desired role, experience, message, CV and cover letter, to review your application and contact you.

This data is never sold, transferred or used for marketing. We do not ask for any sensitive data: please do not include any in your CV (health, opinions, religion…).

Each form is sent only with your express consent, given by ticking the box provided, in accordance with Law No. 18-07 of 10 June 2018 on the protection of natural persons in the processing of personal data. You may withdraw it at any time by writing to us.

Only the people in charge of handling your request have access to it: the sales team for contact and quote requests, the after-sales service for service visits, and the people in charge of recruitment for applications.

Forms are sent through the company's Microsoft 365 business email, which routes and stores messages on our behalf. Its servers may be located outside Algeria.

• Contact, quote and service requests: 3 years from our last exchange.
• Applications: 2 years from receipt, then deleted, unless you are hired.

At any time, you may request access to your data, its correction or deletion, and object to its processing, by writing to contact@medicomedline.com, or to recrutement@medicomedline.com for an application. Proof of identity may be requested.

If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may refer the matter to the National Authority for the Protection of Personal Data (ANPDP).

The website is served exclusively over HTTPS. Forms are protected against automated submissions, and their content is not stored on the website's server: it is sent directly to the relevant mailbox, which only authorised staff can access.

This website sets no audience measurement cookies and no advertising trackers. The equipment selection you prepare for a quote request is kept in your browser (local storage): it is only sent to us when you submit the request, and you can clear it at any time.
